Me and my friend went to Thailand only to see Maya Bay. For this reason, we booked a tour package with JC...Tour before our arrival in Thailand. I would like to thank all of the members of this agency, especially to Ms. Kai. She gave us some excellent suggestion on restaurants and recommendation of the activities on the Patong Beach. However, the arrangement for the Maya Bay tour was excellent. We had a medium size boat with adequate lifesaving equipment. The guide was funny and helpful. So we did not have a boring ride for whole day.

Hello Ms.Umpawan Kaewka, I would like to send my special Thank You to Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen for looking after my parents (Mr & Mrs Van Quyen NGUYEN) on their recent trip to Phuket this week. As this was my parents' first trip to Phuket, I was worried that they would be lost if they didn't get picked up at the airport and their holiday plans would go to ruin if the tour company doesn't show up..etc. Therefore, I did extensive research on the internet and came accross JC Tour. I have exchanged MANY emails with Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen regarding to the booking for my parents, which I'm sure that he thought i'd worried too much...:-) Not only did Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen responded to my email prompty, but much care and attention were taken to ensure that my parents had a great time, especially on the Phuket City Tour, the Siam Niramit show and Bamboo and Elephant Trekking, which was the highlight. Unfortunately, my mum became very sick on the morning of the Elephant Trekking tour so opted to stay back at the hotel. Acknowledging that it was cancellation at the last minute, we didn't expect to get our money back. However, much to our pleasant surprise, Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen made sure that the driver who took my parents to the airport the next day refunded the money for my mum's portion. That really touched her heart, not because of the money but for his act of thoughfulness, kindess and understanding. I will definetly put a good review on Trip Advisor so many other future travellers can find the same comfort when making their booking with JC Tour. What a professional, reliable and well organised tour company. I have recently booked a number of tours for my parents on their trip to Phuket. JC tour picked them up from the airport on time, had a great time all on tours, especially the Bamboo Rafting adn Elephant Trekking - the experience was amazing. What made JC Tour outstanding was the exeptional level of customer service. My mum was sick on the morning of one of the tour when a representative came to pick them up. Acknowledging it was last minute cancellation, we did expect to receive any any money back, however JC tour gladly refunded the money without us even asking. Now, that is service! I will definitelly book my tours with JC Tour when i'm in Phuket.

Dear Jc.Tour, This is Victor, who just booked two tours from you for the trips on 2 Oct and 3 Oct, including "Rafting, Elephant trekking and ATV" and "Phi Phi + Khai Island package by speedboat". Both of the tours were fantastic. The tour-guides can speak good English, are helpful and well-organised. They will explain everything clearly before the activities start. For the first tour, my friend lost a branded sunglass. When we checked with the tour guide, he kept calling his colleagues and luckily it was kept in one of his colleague's hand. He returned the sunglass to our hotel's reception on the second day which I really admired. Further, their time management between activities are great, they will make sure that your time are filled up with activities and FUN! Apart from the day tours, JC tour also offers a lot of additional benefits on top of the trips. They offered us free airport transfers from and to our hotel. Due to the prices of both of tours are really competitive compared to their peers and with good reviews, I would DEFINITELY go for JC Tour if I join any tours in Phuket. Thanks so much for the airport transfer to the hotel on our arrival. The Pi-Pi Island tour is wonderful, the only pity is that we didn't managed to go to Maya Island because of the high waves. Anyway, we enjoyed the rest of the trip, particularly Mr. Eddie, the tour guide, had done a wonderful job to mingle with all the guests and we really loved his jokes and humour.

Had a great time. The rafting/ATV/elephant trekking tour was packed with actions. Rafting was fantastic and fun. The guide was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the splashing water by the guide from other rafts. It was annoying. The ATV was fund and exciting. The guide was experienced and took good care of us. Elephant trekking was a pleasant surprise which we enjoyed tremendously and an rare experience. Unfortunately, we didnt have a chance to take photos during the actions but would highly recommend this package to those seek great advanture and fun in addition to beaches and water activities in Phuket.
