We sastified your driver ( very polite driver), your representative,Ms.Kai ( very nice lady). And your crews on the Boat.

Dear Jc.Tour,
I felt that the service your company provided was excellent! The drivers were very friendly and punctual when picking us up. I loved the Phang Nga Bay tour the best! The place wasn't as crowded as Phi Phi Island, and the scenery was amazing! Our canoe guide was also very friendly my group really enjoyed the trip!

The JC tour service is prompt and definitely excellent. Email replies are very prompt, we were welcomed right from the airport (free shuttle service back and forth hotel was great because our hotel was 1hr away frm e airport) and they helped us beyond what they were paid to. Staff are very very warm and friendly...we went on the PhiPhi island and James bond canoe. I was hoping to canoe and snorkel more but it was still a very enjoyable trip overall. Thank you JC. |

JC Tours experience was so great and i truly enjoyed all the arrangements made by the crew.Be it Speed Boat trip,Pick/up drop's complimentary things promised...everything was in order and delivered as promised.There was actually no need to follow up or confirm anything.Exactly @ the promised time there was someone to pick us up and it was hassle free and that made us to enjoy our trip forgetting other things.I will surely recommend JC Tours to all my friends who visit Phuket to book through JC Tours. The tour is always on time, delicious meal and the hospitality is great JThe tour guide its so nice and always ready to help take a picture for us :D

I was skeptical to use JC tour at first. After reading lots of great reviews and I was convinced to give JC a try. And now I am writting this review coz indeed, the reviews did helped me to have a wonderful trip. We booked Phang Nga canoe trip with JC with free airport pick-up promo. The whole experienced was great and enjoyable. Definitely will book with JC again on our future Phuket visit. Thanks JC. |
