We book the tours (phi phi island speed boat trip and similan island) from Jc tour at Malaysia. They plus free transportation from Airport to Patong Merlin Hotel at Patong Beach, We love this option very much. Both 2 trips run well. We show 2 thumbs us for jc tour on the last day after finished the Similan Trip at our hotel, My wife had forgot I-phone 5 on the minibus of jctour. We felt that after the minibus left the hotel longer than 1 hour. My wife shocked with this, I called to Mr. Jesada Jitjarone by the 24 hours of jc. tour, we are given since first minute we arrived the airport. Mr. Jesada asked to wait for 5 minutes, he called back in 3 minutes and promised that the driver will drive back to your hotel with I phone 6. We had waited about 20 minutes, Mr. Nud, the driver arrived and said sorry that he had not re checked the left belonging before leave the hotel because of in very hard traffic in front the hotel. I gave him a good tip for the best of the best thing he had done for us. The sincere and very high responsible makes jc tour agent difference from the other. Paid 1600 THB for a full day tour on 9 January to Raya Island and Coral Island, inclusive of lunch, snorkeling gear, life vest, and free airport transfer on arrival to airport. Our boat had 46 people. The beach on both islands were beautiful. Island-hopping was fun but not much time for snorkeling, only about 15 minutes in the water. Was a bit puzzling that the actual tour was carried out by another party called Choksomboon Tour, it was nonetheless an experience. Was very impressed with the service by JC Tour. Especially Mr Jesada who was very accommodating to all our requests and prompt to reply emails. Also like to thank Ms Kai who patiently waited to pick us up at the airport after being stuck at immigration for an hour

My husband and I booked an island day trip through JC Tours on 26 December 2014. We were a little sceptical as we had read some horrific stories of some of the other tour companies, but this was truly worth it. The James Bond Island day trip cost 1800 Baht per person. I booked with Mr Jesada on 24 December, the next morning Miss Kai was at my hotel to collect the money and talk me through the next day's proceedings. Their communication was extremely efficient (Mr Jesada responded to every single email within minutes). The fee included transfers to and from the pier - which you definitely want to use as it is quite a far drive out from the centre of town. We decided to take the Estcourt boat option (we spoke to a few people who recommended it over the speed boat). Staff were very friendly and informative (constantly speaking to us, telling us what's next on the agenda), our guide constantly offered to take photo's for us, food was tasty and plentiful. Tea, coffee, water & fruit are available throughout the entire day. We made four stops - First stop was James Bond Island, we were transported from our boat to teh island by a Lontail Boat (first experience on one of these, it was fun) - here you can get off, buy some souveneirs, walk around the island (be warned though it's a very small island and maybe even a little disappointing, was certainly the busiest of all our stops) Second Stop was just canoeing (with a guide) in calm waters surrounded by beautiful rock formations Third stop was Monkey Island - here we got into our canoes, rowed to the island, swam and even got to try our own hand at canoeing (without a guide) Fourth stop was to "Mangrove Island" (canoeing through caves into a beautiful lagoon). Our last stop was incredible - the caves through which you canoe are extremely dark and narrow (at some points you have to lay flat in order to get through) - when you reach the other side you enter a completely secluded lagoon - the most beautiful photo opportunities here (we also got to climb out of the canoes and walk around). This was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip - I would recommend this tour to anyone.

I and boy friend have a plan to visit Phuket as a first time. So we must check the review from TripAdvisor (we very recommend) Many people said good about JC tour for Phuket city tour. We book this trip from Japan at 2,900 Baht plus free of charge transfer from Airport to Holiday inn Phuket. Jc used a very nice and clean private mini bus both transfer and city tour. Our driver is very polite and smiling man-mr Nid. Our tour guide-Mr. Malone is a great service guide. He took us to do shopping at cheap market and tell a good story about Phuket. We love Jctour and we will come back to Phuket and book them again.

We have a pleasant trip to Thailand from 20th Dec'14 to 28th Dec'14, Phuket, Bangkok. Our tour was more excited and comfortable as it is organized by JC Tour company. They are most professional and provide on time service. We didn't face any delay any day during our local tours. They are always punctual to take us from the Hotel and drop at hotel in the evening.
