Dear Jc.Tour Again, I'm appreciated your trip very much and would like to share my good feeling to everyone who open your website that"I booked 2 day trip tour , with JC Tours (Phuket) from its website for myself , my wife and 2 children. The services provided from booking till the end of our tours, exceed my expectations. Everything was superbly executed without any delay and so well organised. I made used of the free Airport to Hotel service provided. We arrived at the Phuket airport , the representative was already there waving my name ready to pick us. Surprisingly we were the only ones in the mini bus and reached our hotel at Kata Beach within 40 minutes. The Guest service manager execises flexibility in dealing with his customers. He allowed me to change my second tour a day before the actual trip without any qualm and and seems to care more for the happiness of his customers. His replies to all my emails were prompt. I booked Phi Phi Island day trip and Rafting day trip. Both trips consists of different nationalities .Seats were allotted to everyone and was never overcrowded. The tour guide and others involved in the tour were experience, pleasant , always cracked jokes and friendly. I would say that the services provided to us were excellent ,efficient and definitely professionally. I also made use of the free service from Hotel to Airport. The prices that we paid for the day trips were bargains considering the A Plus services we got . We have no complaints except praises.
