First of all they provide transfer to the hotel.Driver was waiting with my name at the airport .so pleasant:) Next day we went for tour.it was amazing experience except crowds. Was also arranged well. Generally I booked with them 3 tours. All of them were well organized. 2nd city tour was a bit messed up by me. I asked them to change the program, and they help with that they made everything how I wanted. They were super patient with me on WhatsApp when I asked a lot of questions, then we couldn’t find driver and he couldn’t find us, so we missed bird show but still they compromise with me and assist me in best way I would even expect. I appreciate that so much. The 3rd was Fantasy show. They gave us the best rate among other tour companies. We enjoyed so much. It was unforgettable experience. And the seats they booked were also good. Even here, as an always trouble maker I asked them to change pick up time and they did it for me. Were very polite and approachable at all point of time. They money I paid worth the service they provide which is not always happened in Phuket. Thank you very much for your memorable tours! And special thanks to Ms Ampawan and Miss Ah-ha.
