However, with regards to your service, I’m very pleased. From the person who was liaising with me over email to the lady – Kai and the driver who met us in Phuket, I’m very happy. Not only are they prompt in their replies, they’re very polite and patient and I appreciate it. I would recommend your agency for your service . The free transfer in from the airport was greatly appreciated, and made for a relaxing and stress free start to our holiday. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The boat crew were very professional, especially Patty, who was very friendly, funny, and smiling all day. The buffet lunch on the beach was delicious and plentyful.
